This item in my EBAY store is a MILLERSBURG AMETHYST CARNIVAL GLASS  "BLACKBERRY WREATH"  LARGE ROUND MASTER ICE CREAM SHAPED BOWL.   This Millersburg "BLACKBERRY WREATH" amethyst carnival glass bowl is antique glass that has survived well over 100 years of survival and because of age has now become a beautiful family heirloom piece of glass that is in excellent condition having NO chips, cracks, scratches, and no glass staining;   I may also add that this
MILLERSBURG AMETHYST CARNIVAL GLASS "BLACKBERRY WREATH" LARGE ROUND MASTER ICE CREAM BOWL is an early MILLERSBURG vintage antique carnival glass "BLACKBERRY WREATH" bowl that has been used and displayed over many years and still remains in beautiful heirloom condition, surely the couple of people who have once owned this American beauty surely cherrished this "BLACKBERRY WREATH" bowl according to the condition this "BLACKBERRY WREATH" bowl remains in today, an exceptional MILLERSBURG very beautiful carnival glass bowl;
The berry leaves are "stippled" and this "BLACKBERRY WREATH" bowl has a "WIDE PANEL" exterior secondary pattern on the back, there is light iridizing on the back of this bowl, along with that famous radium MILLERSBURG finish on top of this "BLACKBERRY WREATH" large round ice cream shaped bowl;
I may add also that this MILLERSBURG "BLACKBERRY WREATH" bowl is just the way this bowl left the "MILLERSBURG GLASS FACTORY" many years ago, well over a hundred years ago, after all MILLERSBURG CARNIVAL GLASS was only produced over a three year period before the MILLERSBURG factory burned down ending the era of "MILLERSBURG GLASS" production;   You can see this MILLERSBURG "BLACKBERRY WREATH" much sought after carnival glass pattern that is shown and talked about in one of my many reference materials, one is a hard back book by, "Edwards & Carwile" a book on carnival glass, the "STANDARD ENCYCLOPEDIA of CARNIVAL GLASS 7th EDITION, on page #45;   It did not matter which way I held this bowl to photograph this "BLACKBERRY WREATH" bowl the carnival glass iridescence and COLOR was there............its all about the COLOR, very beautiful and even over this large ice cream shaped bowl on the front of this bowl as well as the back, the photo's show all this info I just mentioned to you but any questions at all please e-mail me;
