Cute cat lovers burlap tote …decoupage hand crafted!

Description

I decoupaged this “stylish kitty” on  a burlap tote. I applied artificial flowers to her “ crown”. I highlighted the picture with trim around it and applied small, artificial sunflowers. Just makes it pop! The tote measures 11” x 9” with a 4 “ gusset. It is lined in plastic.
