Cat Tapestry Bag on Wheels

Here is a cat tapestry bag. Closed (1st picture), it is 12 inches across and 8 inches top to bottom.  Open, the height is 20 inches and add about 4 inches extra for the wheels down.  The bag inside opens to over 12 inches.  I bought this bag while on vacation but never used it.  It was in the closet with the original shopping bag.  Cost of the bag is .
