Description
This is an antique teardrop shaped flask made by the Derby Silver Company in the late 1800s. It is silver plated, engraved with a large flourished M on one side, and the name CHAS W CLARK. Son of Montana copper king? Mayor of San Francisco in the early 1900s? It could have been used by one of them (I was told by the seller) or maybe another random Chas W Clark…It has dings, a small dent, and you can see small scratches including the name REX in faint small letters. The screw on silver cap is here, and the threading makes it easy to remove. If this flask could talk! It has been used and used…cool piece!
